Jax Mobile EV Rescue — Terms & Conditions

By booking service or purchasing a membership from Jax Mobile EV Rescue , you agree to the terms below.

1) Services Provided

Jax Mobile EV Rescue provides mobile EV charging assistance and roadside EV rescue services. We do not provide towing, mechanical repairs, or vehicle diagnostics.

2) Service Area

We serve Jacksonville, Florida and surrounding areas. Service availability depends on location, traffic, and technician availability.

3) Pricing & Fees

Service pricing may include:

  • A base service fee

  • Travel/mileage fees

  • Additional time/charging fees

  • After-hours fees (if applicable)

Final pricing is based on your location and service needs and will be confirmed during dispatch.

4) Membership Activation

EV Assist Membership benefits activate 24 hours after enrollment.

Same-Day Rescue Fee: Service requests placed within the first 24 hours of membership enrollment may include a $79 Same-Day Rescue Fee.

5) Membership Use & Limits

Memberships include a limited number of emergency rescues per rolling 12-month period based on the selected plan. Membership is intended for unexpected low-battery situations, not routine charging.

6) Payments

Payment is due at the time of booking or before service completion unless otherwise stated. We accept card payments through approved payment processors.

7) Refund Policy (Final)

Membership fees are non-refundable. Service fees are non-refundable once service has been dispatched or performed.

8) Cancellations & No-Show Policy

If a customer cancels after dispatch or is unavailable upon arrival, a cancellation/no-show fee may apply.

9) Safety & Access

Customers must provide a safe location to perform service and ensure access to the vehicle and charging port. The Company may refuse service if conditions are unsafe.

10) Limitation of Liability

Jax Mobile EV Rescue is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing vehicle issues

  • Battery health, range loss, or charging limitations

  • Delays due to traffic, weather, or unsafe conditions

Service is provided “as-is” and results may vary by vehicle and conditions.
